Can't believe people haven't played FE yet...My opinion, FE>SFFire Emblem is in my opinion a lot more difficult and just way more fun!

I've played both of them, but I'd definitely have to go with Fire Emblem, it reminds me so much of advanced wars (which was an awesome game as well).

i haven't really played fire emblem, jus really kno the characters from smash bros LOL but i have, well, mostly watched my bro, played shining force and it was awesome! lol so definately pick shinging force

I ote Fire Emblem cause it has many better characters (in my point of view)

I prefer fire emblem because it is more challenging. For one you get one shot with each character if they die they are done which makes you have to be more cautious. One thing I could live without though is having to buy so many weapons because they don't last forever. If they upped the prices and made them infinite I would be happier. Shining force is a gem of a game but it doesn't hold a candle to Fire Emblem in my opinion.

i played bothfor fire emblem i played 1 and 2 both good the first one betterbut fire emblem was better then shining forceAny one playing these 2 games?

Shining force is awesome and all, but is way too much fantasy for me. I prefer fire Emblem, it's a much more likely scenario. (well the GCN was pretty fantasy heavy, but it was still somewhat realistic)

I didn't really like Shining Force and I really enjoyed Fire Emblem so that is what I prefer.
