cloud is so much better than squall. clouds archrival is sepiroth while squall has that lame dude that is mostly a rival to see who is best not to kill one another.

Cloud is way cooler than Squall. Squall had issues yea, but cloud didnt even know what in the world happened to him(if you played the game you'll know what i mean)

i say cloud mainly because i liked ff7 way more than 8 but squall always annoyed me, also what was up with him in kingdon hearts (squall that is)....haha leon...

cloud's got stronger natural strength. If you take all of the materia off of Cloud, and take off all Junction's on Squall, Cloud would easily win. Oh, and Omnislash is more damaging than Lion Heart (i believe that was the name...). And, It's also more reliable. Cloud doesn't have to randomly gain access to omnislash...Cloud also looks cooler. Although, the both of them got screwed over in Kingdom Hearts...heck, the entire FF cast was minced into pieces on that game...So, Cloud is better, in my opinion.

I love the gunblade and I love clouds huge sword.My vote is squall...I like his character design more...maybe if ff7 graphics were as good as ff8...maybe I would have chosen cloud.Now...Battle....Squal will definetely win,One of those thingies that give an imediate limit brake and cloud is dead.]Ps:I like the guy in ff10 better that cloud but worse that squal.
