i dunno man, it just seems that a sword that can put materia is a lot cooler than a sword taht shoots pellets. Just an personal opinion i guess. GO CLOUD FTW!!!!!

cloud for me..stronger Summon (KotR beats Eden), better ultimate weapon (Ultima Weapon > Lionheart), and stronger Limit Break (Omnislash I think hits all opponents, Lionheart is a single target attack)...One thing where Squall is better than Cloud: Rinoa > Tifa.. She's more beautiful if you ask me.. hehe..

Everyone seems to hate Squall and I don't see why. His character is a loner's one and I think it has much personality. I like that more, I also thaught FF8 was overall better than FF7.

it's omnislash.. and yea Squall would win hands down... his Lionheart is like death on crack.. it's insane...Squall, his Lionheart can do more damage than Cloud's limit break(forgot what's it's called)
