I don't usually do it unless it is a must, because it isn't free on my current plan and sometimes i get unwanted text messages from other companys for some odd reason. I have had the option to block it though which i just recently took up, so i don't have to worry about receiving those unnecessary text messages now.

I text all the time. Not having a mobile phone is a social crime in my country, cause were supposed to be the texting capital of the world.

I'm allowed to text but I don't have a plan for it so I get charged for every text. I only do it about 4-7 times a month though, its no big deal. I don't get how people can do 3000+ texts a day!!!

Mom and dad gave me cellphone for communication purposes (so that when I'm in trouble/danger I call/text them)but most of the time, I have no load (its prepaid) so I don't get to text much.I only text when its needed, I use the cellphone, usually, for my sound trips, taking pics and games...

I do, but sparingly. I only get 250 a month for something like $5.... but if I surpass that, the rate is insane. God, I really need an unlimited plan.

I hate texting. It's so hard and fustrating.Maybe if I had those phones with the slide up keypad, but even then I still don't think I'd text.The funny thing is. My mother texts more than I do.

I average around 2000 messages sent and 3000 messages received a month. That's about 1/3-1/5 of my friends' texting usage. I remember I racked up a $568 phone bill for texting because I forgot I didn't have unlimited texting at the time...
