I would rather make calls than txt message just because it's that much more convenient.But txts are a lot cheaper where I live (Not that I think it's reasonable enough to txt nonstop) But I guess it depends upon each person's phone plan.

i do it, but not frequently. i feel obligated to respond when i get a text message and then the process just goes on forever, which is not always good. i don't know how to stop.

Sometimes... Some of my friends are very slow to reply back and always busiest (or away) which I don't reply to busy ppl or IM me for something important they want to know about.

No, you can take 5mins to text but you can say it in only a matter of seconds.

What's the point? It takes forever to type anything out with the keypad.. When you could just call them up and say it. The only way it would be useful, is if you were somewhere you couldn't talk.
