Get the Nintendo DS Lite get a M3 Ds Real (http://www.m3adapter...ries_M3DS-R.htm) so you can download games and play them, The Lite is better because it has more accesories well they are grennd and theally easir to find the sreen and sound are better too! :lightbulb:

Man if you can get an old DS for under 40 bucks thats the way to go. People who rave on the ds lite are probably people who (A)didn't jump on the DS when it launched.(B) who waited a long while for the Lite © they have Low confidence in themselves and need the newest .2 upgrade (D) mommy gets them whatever they want. But anyhow buy the cheapest DS you can get for now as im sure tomorrow the DS micro color lite with cheap gimmicky sticker of a retro NES will be out.

DS Lite looks a lot better. I'm not sure about durability, but I haven't had any problems with my DS lite. The problem with (at least my) NDSL is that some homebrew programs on R4 refuse to use the firmware connection settings to connect to the internet. These programs work fine on my NDS Phat.

I'll chime in and say yeah, DS lite. The backlight and screen quality are just leaps and bounds better. The only downside is that the diagonal directions on the D-pad can be kind of tricky, and it's a bit awkward that GBA games don't fit flush anymore, but those are minor gripes.

you woul be better off getting a lite coz they have more accessorys and colors

DS lite is miles better then the Original DS.I'm fairly impressed by nintendo, they took the feedback and problems that customers ran into with the DS and made the DS lite something that solves all the problems the original one had.

You should definetly get a DS lite. It has the same things as a regular DS, but it's lighter and easier to carry.

DSlite is better. The design is better the brightness is better and is light and less hard to break.

DS lite. You could adjust the brightness setting. But the bad thing is, it could break a bit easier if you are not careful.
