DSLite is a lot better then the regular one just cause its less bulky and it looks a lot cooler

My 2nd best friend has a normal DS and he says it can have sound on and it does not waste battery is it true because I truely think Lite Rules.True or Not B) oti would say ds regular , cause my bestfriend has a lite and its display and battery charging systems suck , regular ds is bigger but more original , but u should take wat ever u think is better , not wat me or the others think , its urs to keep when u buy it so u should think about ur choice before u buy it cause maybe u wont buy the one u like then u will have to suffer the consequences ... but think of it this way if the ds lite is better why is it less expensive than the regular?

Lite is much better. The screen is high-def compared to the Regular. It looks cooler too, and is more compact. Lite is definitely better.

i chose ramdomly because a normal ds is cheaper than a ds lite & a ds lite has better features.

I'd go with the Lite, it is so much smaller and less bulky, it's easier to hold. Also alot of stuff like skinz and stuff are made for the lite and not the original.

Seriously, get Lite. Much better more color choice.If you get a R4, you can download games online, and then you can even get cheats.CHEATS FTW!

The Regular DS is way too bulky, plus its not THAT much cheaper than a Lite.

the ds lite is smaller and brighter. even the lowest brightness setting is brighter than the highest brightness on the old ds. its alot more comfortable to play as well because its alot lighter.

Definately DS Lite... the old DS is a "brick" in comparison... just too heavy, bulky, and the stylus is freakishly annoying to use because its just so thin... the DS Lite looks much better, easier to hold, and the stylus feels much more comfortable in your hand...

ds lite has better backlite, lighter weight, cooler design, potentially better battery life, and better colors =D

i bought my oringal Ds b4 the ds lite came out so i'm stuck with it plus ds lite more compact and brighter screen real great
