Just answering to follow the rules, I don't actually care if this one is right or not. There are several theories, including that the gods were angry, and that they were at war with Athens and it sank in a single day due to earthquakes and floods. But since we are pointing out mistakes, a lot of your questions are grammatically incorrect. Why Atlantis sunk to the sea?Who is the original 12 titans?Where the minotaur lived? Those are just a few. Kudos to you if you can spot what's wrong. My guess would be that English isn't your first language. Or you're just extremely lazy lol. Or both.

Do you mean the meaning of the word or the place? If it is the word, it has to do with being hit by lightning, and since Zeus is associated with lightning it is to be "hit" with Zeus's favor. Other sources say it may be of Egyptian origin having to do with the word "reed" which is linked to the concept of the Elysian Fields being associate with reed fields. If you are referring to the place, it is a part of the Underworld. It is the place there where the souls of the departed that have been courageous, virtuous, and/or heroic go.Zeus lives on Mount Olympus.
