Chimera was one of the offspring of Typhon and Echidna. Descriptions vary – some say it had the body of a goat, the tail of a snake or dragon and the head of a lion, though others say it had heads of both the goat and lion, with a snake for a tail.I loved that episode of CSI...

Geez, didn't I say somewhere not to play on spelling with me?Chronus with an h comes from ancient Greek 'chronos' (I can type greek on this keybord), where the ch was actually the Greek letter named 'chi'. And chi is different from kappa so that the correct spelling for 'chi' letter is 'ch', not k or c.When you look at words like 'chronology', 'chronic'..., they all come from the name of the time god.

Chronos ate his children. Except his last son who he was tricked into eating by his wife what was really a stone. Then when his sone grew up zeus led a rebellion between the Olympion Gods andthe Titans. In Which Zeus killed Chronos. And after cremating Chronos he mixed his ashes with the bodies of men.
