I tried, but I sorta lost it, and I only just noticed you wanted the 'name' part on the left but if I do that it overlaps a part I added, so it's above it, the quote is still below it. And I didn't do a good job on it I know, shame.
And, my stroke tool doesn't work 
so I can't do borders

Host it at a site,like ww w.imageshack .us (kill the spaces).Then you'll get a few tags.Select the "direct link to image tag",copy,and paste it in your sig,enclosed within the image tags.
