Why? Because as a user already said, the DS has more flexibility than the Gamecube at this time. With the easy as pie wifi adapter, online will be a breeze. I heard somewhere it's already gotten over 500,000 preorders.

Hope on both , Ds for online gaming , Ngc for Better graphics.And better gameplay.

DS is better, simply b/c of Wi-Fi. They made the right move.Plus the touch is huge for the keyboard and menu.

Just having the online capability for AC is a HUGE improvement. DS is the right choice.

animal crossing should definitely be on DS. the graphics on the GC arent that great anyway and can prolly be supported by DS.

the ds is a great decisioni already have animal crossing for the gamecubeso whats the point of having another one?and since it's portable, i could go hang out in my friends towns with them

the one on the game cube is great and I know that the one on the DS is better but it seems pretty similar so I'll keep playing animal crossing on the game cube!

if you could play online with the GCN, then by all means it would rock, but its good for DS because it has WiFi coming out and that will add to the trade and the battles and the... ok not the battles but u get my point

From what I've read, the AC for Ds is gonna be a fantastic game. Defineately stay with the DS. + the online capabilities is a huge bonus. Oh, and the touch screen keyboard. bigger bonus.

I agreeshould they have put the new animal crossing on DS or should they have put it on NGC i personally wish they wouldv'e put it on NGC becuase i think it would get more ameplay. you?
