I would prefer Splinter Cell because in that game you can take the role as a spy and kill and go on missions but on Metal Gear Solid it's just a World War II (WWII) theme and all you have to do in that game is kill people. Theres nothing really fun in that game and also, Metal Gear Solid has poor graphics so my choice of xbox game would be Splinter Cell. In Splinter Cell, The theme takes place In New York City in the future, like Halo or something like that.

I only say Splinter Cell because of its co-op play in the newer ones. I'm not a real hardcore fan either way, but I do know that Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory co-op was wicked fun.

Metal Gear is way better. Splinter Cell is too boring. Sneaking around and not able to kill.

i am more of a splinter cell guy cuz it is more stealth. MGS is kinda stealth but there is alot of firefights and there are bosses integrated int ot he game, splinter cell is more realistic (except for the fact that they cannot see sam fisher's nightvision goggles glowing in the dark) and i like stabbing people in the back or slicing their throats or making them unconsious and shooting them in the head afterwords

That's a tough choice, I love them both. But I grew up with Metal Gear, but then again.. I really enjoy Splinter Cell.
