Breath of Fire... 4, I think. If I'm not mistaken, it was the last one to come out for the Playstation (as in PSx/PS1 - whatever it's called now).The graphics (at the very least for the time, though I think just in general) were gorgeous and the storyline was pretty awesome as well. Gameplay wasn't bad, though (as always), I had some problems with a few of the puzzles. I absolutely adored the character design. I hunted down and bought the Breath of Fire artbook just so I could gawk at them. Gorgeous.I can't really say as to 'why' I never finished. I don't remember if I had a problem with a puzzle and got stuck or what... Unless it's a simulation/strategy game, I generally don't finish it, though. Mostly because it takes me so long to do it and then I get distracted for a few days, come back to the game and forget "where I am".

I haven't completed Chrono Trigger, which I'm almost done with. It's been about four years since I really played it. I still have my saves but just haven't got around to completing it. Been to busy with other games. I've even forgot the button layout, exactly where I am in the game and some of the plot.
