hmmm... I think the Original Final Fantasy Tactics (For PSX, not for GBA) was my first, and my favorite since you could preaty much make your own characters unlike most of the other final fantasies, and while exploration wasl imited, the tactical battles realy caught my attention- Personaly I think they should make one (or both) of two games- a game with the exploration features of most of the other FFs and the tactical elements of FFT, and/or a game devoted entirely to blitz ball heh

I grew up on ff8 and ff7. I perfer ff8 beacause i think its has a better storyline and plot development, but ff7 has cloud, a man with spikey hair AND a giant sword!!!!!

The first FF game I played was 7. I have to say it's by far the best one even today. And with them remaking it it should be even better.

My first was IV which I only got because it came with Chrono Trigger on the PS1. I liked how me and my brother were able to play togather with me as certain characters and him as others.FFVIII is my favorite now. Should have IX in a few days.

The first actual Final Fantasy i played was VIII. i loved VII and IX but i perfor the classics over the modern day final fantasy games

Final Fantasy 7. at first, i trained in the Cosmo Canyon/Wutai area for a great deal of time in disk 1 and perhaps maxed out all the levels for all the characters. well, all the hard work ended when i accidentally erased my file right before the Northern Crater. i had to work my way again, however without being too much of a perfectionist this time around and well, you know the how the story goes...

My 1st FF is FFVI, after that V, next VIII, then IX; replay VIII...Now I finished all games of FF series, except FFCC for GC.For PS2, certainly FFX is the 1st. Who can't play it when see it?

My first FF games were 3, 4, and 5 on the SNES(Don't remember which was first) then I also played the gameboy version for like.... 2 minutes.. I've played FFVIII and FFX and FFX-2 (and the beginning of FFIX) And a while ago I started on FFVII but my pc was full so I deleted it... I don't like the old graphics. I can't see the hotness of Sephiroth and Vincent Valentine that way :PMy fav is FFX I think.... And I can't way to play FFXIII. I want it sooooo badly!!!! I want to win a ps3 because it's too expensive [EDIT: FFVIII was on PSOne, FFX and FFX-2 on PS2, and FFVII on computer]

my first was ff8!!! but now i got an xbox i cant get ne of them!! iv been searching on the internet 4 it...like a rom but i dnt think they do 1 which sucks big time!!im jst gunna have 2 wait 4 the ps3 n then get the games...ps2 is gettin a bit old thats y i said ps3...with wot money i dnt know as iv jst left care!!!

The first Final Fantasy game I played and got hooked on was FFVII. Alot of people say it's "the best one" or whatever, but I actually liked FFX more.

it was ffIVMy mom actually bought the family's first FF game, that being FFVIII. Although she didnt know what an RPG was at the time the stuff on the box and such looked amazing so she got it and started playing. I was about 8 or 9 and I always had to watch her play every time she put it in the Playstation. Since it was rated teen she didn't let me play but she did let me play and collect for the Triple Triad game. By the time I was 12 she let me start playing and from that point on I loved FF. I now own all of them (yes even Mystic Quest and Adventure but those are downloaded). When we got FFVII I was just a kid still and I didn't like it as much as VIII since it had worse graphics and stuff. I now understand why going from VIII to VII would be such a disappointment and why Im one of the few who say FFVII IS NOT a favorite of mine lol.
