I don't think there is any better than Final Fantasy. I'll even take the original Ninetendo game over some other PS2 or PS3 games.

Kingdom Hearts, is, in my opinion, better. I know it's basically an FF game but the story was great, characters were great, and no turns made it better for me.

In my mind Kingdom Hearts is better with the game play.But Final Fantasy series have a very good story line and picture.

The Final Fantasy series is the best RPG series hands down. Here's the breakdown:1. Stunning Graphics. Every Final Fantasy game ever created boasted the best known graphic engines at the time of their release.2. Epic story lines. Every Final Fantasy is a new game. It goes on its own story and its own characters. Each character (excluding the first couple where as they had no characters to speak of) has a personality all their own. The story lines are large and you can follow them and really get into them.3. New game play. Every Final Fantasy game has provided a new gaming experience. The Espers, the Guardian Forces, materia, the Sphere Grid. That's just to name a few of the game play additions we have seen over the years.4. Mini Games. Let face it, some of the most entertaining mini games on any platform have been hosted in the Final Fantasy games. Blitzball, Chocobo racing, that card game in which the name currently slips my mind. These are fun. I know several people that play Final Fantasy games over and over just to do better and better on the mini games.5. The Victory theme. I agree, but Kingdom Hearts is more of a FF for kids. Kingdom Hearts 2 was better as it had more in the line of Fantasy and less Disney.I admit I cried a bit when Kairi got seperated from Sora at the end thoughIn my mind Kingdom Hearts is better with the game play.But Final Fantasy series have a very good story line and picture.

yaaaa this guys know what is talking about! Chrono kick ass! and i think that dragon quest also kick ass! The tales series rock's. Xenosaga, starocean are nice also. But FF is the greatest series ever... Chrono Cross was not enough good to be compare to a ff. i believe there is. the storyline and the gameplay of the FF series really just gets tiring as the game progresses. a good RPG that is definitely underrated is the Suikoden series. try it. the storyline is very good. it isn't too mushy, not too magical, and not too dragging. i say this RPG gets the upper hand over the FF series

That's a very individual question.. I guess everybody has their own status on that. Someone likes some eother game better than ff, some love ff the most, for me.. I don't know, I love ff and I enjoy every other rpg game that I seem to find enjoyable.

no there is no rpg better than ff, 10 in my opinion is the best because even if you know what your doing it still takes quite a long time to beat and i love games that take long to beat, i think i have a save right now thats about 175hrs

I have found FF series to be very overated there are only so many ways you can save a kingdom.... Anyways in my opinion the greatest rpg series is Breath of Fire.
