yeah, Silent Hill rules indeed, I also think that Resident Evil games have more action and good history, but Silent Hill is special

i played all of the Resident Evil games on the PS even the crappy Survivor one's I played Silent Hill i liked it alright it got better with the sequls on the PS2 i also played Clock Tower i remember that game was kinda freaky the guy with the huge hedge clippers chaseing you around i never could beat it though

You can't compare Silent Hill and Resident Evil. Resident Evil was soooooo not aimed at being a creepy horror. It was made for cheap pop ups, and those who like to blast the poo out of things, and make them exlopde. Silent Hill was more intense with their horror, and suspense.

Resident Evil 3: Nemesis and Resident Evil: Survivor. i beat Nemesis and i liked it very much. i never had a chance to play the original Silent Hill, even if i love the entire series more.

Nemesis and all four silent hills. Silent hill frightens the hell out of me, especially all the mind-bending they do in the second one. Wait until the end when you find out. You'll know what I mean when you see it.

I've played too many horror games, but my favorite series is Silent Sill, specially Silent Hill 2. I also enjoyed the first Fatal Frame (didn't played the other ones)I'm just too sad with Resident Evil... In the 4th they abandonned their Horror Movie B and tried to do more like the modern horror movies...Well, they managed... It's horrible and no-horror like most horror movies nowadays

I wish I could play Silent Hill, but it's so hard to find and I can't really afford to spend too much money on video games right now.Resident Evil 2 is awesome, though.

i dont like survival horror type games like resident evil and doom and games like thosebut i have played koudelka, i rekon thats an alright game... back in the playstation days anyway, compared to the games now its kinda dull (im talking about graphics and speed and things like that)

What do you think is the best horror game? Its sad not many are well known cause there are some really good ones. My personal favorite is Koudelka.

I Myself Like Resident Evil 3, but my game was messed up at the end and i couldnt get into the room with the final boss.

Silent Hill is the best horror series followed up by Resident Evil. Fatal Frame is pretty good as well.

I didn't feel any fear when playing Koudelka. In gamespot, it is the construction from FFantasy and REsidentEvil, and have the tactics style in battle mode, so the calculation beat the fear.I vote for the scariest game on PSX:Silent HillClock Tower II (what a pity only J version)REAlone in the darkKoudelka

Horror - Silent HillSurvival Horror - Resident Evilnever pit another genre with Silent Hill. it's going to be a total bloodbath because Silent Hill is the prime in its own category.Silent Hill, especially Silent Hill 2 and The Room (4) IMO. i think Silent Hill 4: The Room is scariest with all the ghosts, the blood red walls in the end and some of the hauntings. i buried it beneath other "lifely" games
