He got knocked back really easily by the arrancar and then Ichigo comes in to save him and Orihime. Ichigo battles the arrancar and his inner hollow interrupts him. Before the arrancar can attack them Urahara and Yoruichi come in to take over the fight. They kick the arrancar's @ss and then he is saved by the other one.

I don't remember the name but I think it was her power to heal body parts/repair destroyed limbs. Its the reason they captured her.

her ability is to basically reverse time on whatever area she wishes, that's why she was able to recover grimmjaw's arm. it's technically not healing, just reversing of time.

1) ichigo was unable to move because his inner hollow wants to take control2) his reiatsu is constantly decreasing and increasing because as I said before, ichigo and his hollow are fighting. when the hollow is winning, his reiatsu increase because his hollow's side reiatsu is obviously more than ichigo's. when ichigo is winning, it drops down to ichigo's normal reiatsu.did that makes sense?

i don't think a shinigami can create a cero... i think he said he created equal blast...i think i will like this thread :-) although the last few questions i read were all about the latest ep which i find kinda easy ;-)
