I can't even remember, it's been so long since I played the first versions... but I finished red twice, silver twice and emerald/sapphire twice, I think...

I'd say about 50 or so in Red version, the first one. I'm not sure about the others, but I'd say all togeather probably over 100 times. I'm not certain.

In RBY it was about 50 times before all my pokemon hit L100. Didn't really try as hard for the later versions.

Not much really, i only beat them about 10 times on each game and ive played all the pokemon games

Never, I have played about half a dozen different pokemon games but I have always lost interest before I got that far.

Countless times with Gold and Silver.. and about 200 times with Emerald and Saphire.With Fire Red and Leaf Green a bit less.. about 50.. the league get's more difficult each time there

I beat the League at least once in every versionRed - Blue - YellowGold - Silver - CrystalRuby - Sapphire - EmeraldPlus About 50 more times when I was leveling up in Pokemon Gold.
