I was hoping to pick up a copy at work but Of course my crappy store doesn't order any copies. I wasn't suprised though. I might order it online just to save myself the trouble of looking for it. I figure it will give me my fill of Final Fantasy till October when FF12 comes out.

I want it so unbelievably bad. It's got both Vincent AND Yuffie in it. That's enough to make me wanna buy it 100 times over. And Cait Sith's in it too. I LOVE the fact that it's a shooter game. It just looks so awesome I wish I had some money so I could buy it!!

A lot of people are calling it a ripoff of DMC, but that's just bull. There is nothing similar between the two characters except their ability to transform and their choice of colors.Here's DoC:Here's DMC:Go ahead. Try saying they're similar.I've been kind of excited about Dirge of Cerberus, since I like Devil May Cry (and it seems to rip that game off) and I LOVED FFVII. But after the disappointment that was Advent Children and the mediocre/terrible reviews this game is getting, I'm not too sure about it.

No, Dirge of Cerberus looks more like resident evil 4, than Devil May Cry 3. The only similar thing between'em is the style of their clothes

I plan on renting the game when I can, but only because Vincent was my favourite character from FFVII. But I think that Square has milked the FFVII cow for long enough.

I played a demo. It's repetitive, the AI is blatantly stupid, and i only played through the beginning. I hear it gets worse as you go on. Really, I love FF VII as much as anyone, and I even enjoyed Advent Children, but this is crap. If ur dying to check out the story, which apparently is fun, rent it, return it, forget it.

Just got it yesterday and played it for like 3 hours nowWell its not the best game is the world but its finethe fighting is a mix of devil may cry and resident evilYou get to do hand to hand combat and the fight is a faster pace game compared to RE but not as fast as DMCWell i guess its all depending what FPS games you like or not

Like I said, that statement is out of ignorance. i dont get why people say its a dmc rip off i dont see anything really in common *and i hate dmc* but as long as se makes ff 7 games people will by them and as long as there this level or up in gameplay people will be happy and the gameplay doesnt really get old enemys get tougher and if you dont play the easy mode its a challange in exhard if you run up to 5 guys and expect to meele kill them your going to die...fast only three parts pissed me off 1 the final boss was kinda easy 2 i forgot i unlocked the damn special ending when i beat it and 3 you dont get to keep detah penalty for exhard

I don't own it, but one of my best friends does and she simply LOVES it. Here is a toned down version of her opinion on it:I don't give a ____ what any of the game sites say.. The game is badass and I love it...I know what your gonna say.. "oh you're just saying that cause it has the uber sexy Vincent as the main character". Well yes but no thats not why but it does help haha!!Not much on the gameplay or anything, but she loves it no matter what other people say. I know I would rent it (or borrow it if I'm allowed *cough*) before buying simply because money is tight right now for me.

I beat the game. not bad, im not a fan of FPS games, but this one was ok. Cant unlock anything for some reason, so the replay value is kinda crappy.

I played it for like the first level, I found it pretty fun not much of repetiveness because it is a shooter but it could just be because I didn't play that much. I found it cool how they gave the optional character his own game to explain his story a little bit more.

I bought this game, and I have to unfortunatley say this is the first FF game I've ever traded in. I love FPS shooters and am good at them... this game was just... bleh in my opinion. I loved playing as vincent... but it was just bland and very boring in the end. Just not what I was expecting from it I guess.

I was going to buy it but... When I asked my dad if I could buy it he said yes but when I said it was 15+, guess what he gave me for answer? "NOOO!!!" 
I can't buy it... It looked so awesome, what if I like violence :'( Sometimes I wish Final Fantasy worlds where real so I could get a gunblade and kill monsters... And humans

Is Yuffie also one of the main characters? I'm quite pity that Cloud isn't the main character. To be honest, is that FFVII : Dirge of Cerberus is talking about Vincent Valentine's life instead of Cloud Strife?

ffVII is the best game i have ever played the game is so different frum othr ff's and it still follows the storyline of ff7 pretty well i think its way better than devil may cry
