Megaman will not die as he is Capcom's Mario, I garuntee you that as soon as it ALMOST fades away someone will do something innovative with the series and rekindle this ferocious and endless cycle.

Uhhh well megaman has pretty much been around since the beginning of nintendo so i doubt he will ever truly die out.

I think it will some day but i hope it wont be soon cause i love mega man i remember when i had a nintendo 64 i played it for like ages and my mom has to pry me away from the controller if it does die i think i'll get a old consol to play the old blue guy i loved mega man

The worst that can happen to Megaman is that he gets relegated to the same status that Pac-Man is at today- clinging to life, stuck in the past. I'm sure there's a better franchise to compare to.

As of now i think it will survive as long Pokémon will survive,Both have really cool games so it's pretty hard to tell,maybe even our children will play Pokémon and Megamon games one day bnut it's only maybe!

ARGH!! DON'T SAY THAT! I couldn't stand it if Mega Man was lost to us...Well, there are now only 2 series that have the name Mega Man. If these two don't work out, there's a chance that we may never see the title again.

Well, he will die pretty easily without the ability to aim upwards. I mean, Samus can aim upwards, but not Megaman? That's just stupid.
