I don't think megaman will ever die, because i think supermario will also never die ... that games are classic and i think these games will for always be remembered

Eventually, once nintendo get rid of him, but they won't do tht until he stops generating them a profit. And that, i expect, will be a long long time

The MegaMan series is kinda like the Super Mario series and the Final Fantasy Series. Tag on the name "Mega Man," and people will buy it simply because it has that name. And, if people keep buying it, they'll keep making it!Besides, who can possibly get tired of the shooter platforms that is Mega Man? Even if they keep giving him a make-over (such as Mega Man to Mega Man X, X to Zero, even X to Battle Network), it's still tons of fun.

I think the battle network series just ended with BN6 at the end you pretty much see the future an everything looks resolved so yea. I'm not sure about the other megamans though

Well if you're talking about the character, then no. But if you mean the franchise itself: I think thats been dead for about a year now (at least in terms of gameplay quality).

I don't know, sometimes the audience just loses interest in the games and they end up dying. I don't think that will happen with megaman for a long time, they keep changing things to fit the audience and keeps the players busy.

I think that megaman will die when everyone on earth quits playing video games.
