No it isn't, it glitches your game.The best thing to do with a Missingno is to teach it fly and a Rare Candy.I never caught messingno but is it a good pokemon

yes, i did, all it did was corupt the pokemon league. But It was fun in VS battle using a kangkakstung that cud fly and use surf

missingno just screws up your game. go experiment.. i know everyone around my age got it out of their system way earlier... ^^;

To find it, all you need to do is talk to the guy in viridian city who shows you how to catch a pokemon and then fly to cinnebar and surf to the right of the gym. Oh, and for the record, my level 0 M< evloved into kangheshan

I caught a Missingno~! It was the best thing ever to happen to my game! When I was trading some of my Pokémon over to my Pokémon Gold my Missingno turned into a Ho-Oh!

i only got the league glitch. is a little boring to see 15 glitched parties and finally see a true party. and my missingno turned into a kangaskhan since i wasn't patient to catch it on safari zone.

I catch it before and nothing really bad happened it messed with some of my graphics from time to time and evolved into a Kanga when I fought with it. I always caught Snorlax lv 100around the area with it and a lv 128 golbat to.Liked the Sea Foam Island glitch

the first time i caught it nothing happend, but once some of my pokemon could go over lvl 100 
- but just the trial and error wasnt worth it- it screwed up so many of my games

Because they're evil. I had the same problem, luckily I hadn't saved so I just shut it off. It's M and some other one, I can't remember which.

Haven't caught it. I only got to play Yellow version although I still prefer it over the other versions.

I caught a bunch and one of them turn in a lvl 100. It was an electric ball monster. I forgot the name because dont play much anymore.

I usually only bother with misingno. for duplication, but one time I caught missingno. and lost my save file. After that, every time I tried to save, my file would be deleted. My cart became completely useless.

I never caught it because my cousin caught it and it glitched up his whole game and all of his pokemon were gone off his file except "M" So I just used it for the item duplication

Oh, wow. I remember that thing. Yeah, it was sometimes unpredictable when caught. Most of the time, it would trigger the Seafoam Island trick, which I believe was already mentioned. I had friends that had their save files completely ruined by catching Missingno too, like erasing Pokemon. Great glitch.

I remember that that. I used to use the glitch to keep increasing my master ball, and rare candy numbers.BTW, what was the mew glitch? I remember there being one in yellow, but you had to get somebody to add it in. I got my mew from winning some sort of raffle at Toys R Us a while back, and some guy from Nintendo or something just put it in.the cool thing is that it can duplicate 128 times the item at the 6th place (any thought of master balls or nuggets?).@djn: there is also the Mew glitch that is worth

Wow. Nothing really happened, other than it turned into a BAMF Rapidash that completly cleaned house for a while. The levels didn't go up either... they went down! I was very disappointed.

i caught it and then where ever i walked i saw walking gym leaders and when i talked to them the game froze.(and also when i went in the cerrulean gym i could battle the leader again but it was the proressor dude i was battling and he had reallllyyyy strong pokemon

JUSS TURN OFF THE LIGHTS WHEN U PLAY ITS BETER TRUST MEI caught 'M in my blue version. At first nothing out of the ordinary happened... Then wired things started happening
like all my pokemon started diisapering in my PC. And in battle my screen would turn black with numbers...
