I choose attack since offensive shot are the means of a faster win but then i would need to give items to increase defense so I dont die quickly myself

To be honest i prefer speed because it attacks first either way it still has a strong attack.

Speed is nice, it's one of my priorities when putting a team together. No point having powerful attacks when your Pokemon is going to faint before you can use them.
