Surely Cloud has to take this one? Who are we still getting games about? FF4 is good, but FF7 stands out as a legendary game.That is all.

I like both, but neither of them that much. Cecil is an interesting character but his concept isn't really new(at the time), but he has a nice story, fits the epic tale FF IV is.Cloud has a more complex story, however i have some dislike from him that i don't know where it comes from.

Cecil was definitely my favorite. I liked his character as a Dark knight the most, although the Paladin was cool

i'd choose cloud.... i mean, hue wouldn't choose cloud ; cloud is the best, chick magnet, his got the looks, strength, everything =]

Cloud was a lot funnier like dressing up as a girl to get into the one mansion to save Tifa or Areis i cant remember though neither Cloud or Cecil were all that dark. they were just Victims of circumstance and Cecil turned into a paladin at some point in the game.

I would say Cloud. I guess its more of a biased answer though. Cloud looks hotter >< Although Cecil is a badass... Its hard.

I'd have to say it would be a tie. Cuz Cloud sure he saved the planet and all, but Cecil had to fight himself and face hardships of the same quality as Cloud.

Clouds cooler in my opinion. I'dve prefered to keep Cecil a Dark Knight in the game.

Cecil is a real badass, no doubt, but Cloud just has that little something extra you now what I mean?Not to mention the way he fought in Advent children was damn awesome! =D He could take Ceicil out any time with that final six sword attack he used on Sephiroth at the end.

This was such a tough one, it really was. i had to choose cloud however because he looks like Vaan. who now replaced cloud as my favorite FF blonde kid

cloud's a very silent character and Cecil is a dark knight so they're both pretty good characters when it comes to fighting. They both look pretty cool and they work together pretty good. but i would still go for cloud and not Cecil.java script:emoticon('
