If you want to beat the first series of pokemon properly, play Pokemon Yellow.I did the Missingno thing alot. ^.^ I used it to make a flying kangaskhan1) Go to Cinnabar with 5 pokemon.2) Run into a Missingno3) Catch the Missingno4) Run from the Missingno ((The battle will still go on but you don't see Missingno.5) Teach the Missingno Fly. ((It's on Level 0 right now)6) Give it a Rare Candy ((So It can be Level 1))7) Missingno will envolve into a Kangaskhan, and the game won't glitch up when you use it.

the r/b/y were too difficult for me. the pkmn league had the highest lvls of all pokemon games. so i needed to make my party a boost, but i just evolved them to lvl 60. then i worked my way to lvl 100.

yeah i beat the game with that cheat. Just got a pokemon to 100 and smashed the elite four.

Are you talking about fighting the Missing # glitch on Cinnabar Island? You just got to go to Cinnabar i thought... i dunno i haven't played that game since i was about 8.

For the Missingno cheat, you gotta go and talk to that old man who teaches you how to catch Pokemon, in Viridian City before going to Cinnabar. Then you can go to Cinnabar for the rest of the cheat, as mentioned above.

i didnt find out how to use till after i beat the game so i played again and multiplied my rare candies and masterballs

Hah! I tied it up evenly. Sweet. I was one of the cheaters. I still know that anthem by heart....6th item spot...talk to the old man....fuschia....surf seafoam coast, missingo....yup. Made Wigglytuffs in my game.

HEY!!! i remember that cheat. i may have never used the missingno cheat but i DEFINITELY used that one to start off with all three main pokemon in the beginning. that cheat was so sweet.xi used to have both games but red was me fav so i used blue wit cheats and the like. i had a lvl 100 charizard on my red ( no cheats). ne1 remember the cloning pokemon cheats? y/n?

I knew of the cheat, but made sure i beat the game before using it to my advantage course i had to test it ;P. The game would be to easy if you used it all the time.

I remember the Missingno cheat be heart! All you have 2 do is talk to that guy that teaches you to catch pokemon make him show you how to catch a pokemon, fly to cinnabar island and surf nest to the gym. Once you incounter Missingno, defeat it and the 6th idem in your pack will be doubled to 99.

I found out about it after I caught all 150 pokemon without cheating.Also, if you don't know the cheat you must talk to the old man in Viridian City and say "Yes" then watch the catch video or whatever. Then fly to cinnabar, surf on the right side until you find Missingno. or M. Run away then look at the 6th item in your slot and you'll have more than 99 of them!

I remember that cheat! It helped me finish the game. If I could be bothered I could have levelled up loads, but it was just quicker to use lots of rare candies. Wish I'd finished it properly though.

I remember the second part on the side of cinnibar, but not exactly what you do before that. Also if I recall correctly it was more than 99 of the item. There were some funky symbols it gave if I recall correctly that it put in place of a "10" in the "100" and so on. I tried not to overuse it, because then the game would just have been boring. Man, that was a long time ago!

it never gave u double or infinite of any item...it actually glicthed your game and made the 6th item turn into 129 of it. if you have ever done this AFTER the elit 4 you will know that it screws up your league thing on ur pc. i recomend doing it BEFORE you finish the elite 4
