Heh... i dont like to cheat. I cheated with trehas cheat once to check it and then i didint use it again.

I used it to beat the game... not that I needed it, it just made things ALOT easier, haha.

i have beaten yellow red blue and silver but i only used it on blue because i had nothing better to do and for some reason i found a level 214 rapidash in water

Yeah Missingo. It's on the right to Blaine's Gym where the water is. just surf up and down the ledge thingo till you come into a battle with missingo 
dont catch it though ... i heard it stuffs up your game, and yeah just kill it and like the item thats like 9th or 8th n your inventory goes to 99 i recommend putting rare candy there so you can get all your pokemon to lvl 100

Those are all the things i can think off for "special place".Do you refer to M/Missingno and Glitch City as some call it? I know the following glitches:-Missingno/M-Glitch City-Catch Land Pokemon in Water-Invisible PC in Celadon-Mew, the only real way to get it other than a promotional event or Gameshark/other cheating device..

hahah the missinigo cheat yah it did make the game pointless afterr that but i never used it until like the 4 time going through where i was boredThe infamous 99 item cheat, made the game so much easier but you still had to fight through most of the game in order too get to the "Special Location." I never used this cheat, but I read about it. Didn't use it because I'm terrified of glitches. The only cheat I used was the mew trick and that's only because I was desperate.

yeah but this cheat kinda bugged the game , and i lost my save sometimes.at last this cheat was good for 2 things, masterballs and candies 
that pokemon that appeared in Cinnabar was mising number right, but there was Golbat from time2time as well.hm cheating is not my style after all

Can't remember if it was slot 6 or 7 (probably the latter), then talk to the trainer who teaches you how to capture pokemon, then cinnabar island, meet missingno, runand voilaI got 99 repel just for the heck of it

it has almost been 10 years and i still remember that cheat! it was the most helpful thing ever and i found out about it just before getting Zapdos moltres and articuno

i dont think i used that cheat. but i do recall using the pokemon red cheat to get a lvl 150 somethin or other mewtwo.

I might not remember the code, but I did use it to beat the game much faster than normal.
