Zelda for the Wii is awesome. Makes good use of the Wii controls and such. GameCube version is not as exciting.

i think the wii version is better (it's the mine) because is easier to use the bow, for example, but i think it would be better if the sword moves were the same of the player, because when you swing the controller is like pressing a button

Depends. If your into interactivity(most are), you'll probably be getting the wii version. But if you have a gamecube, and no wii, it's not worth buying a wii just for one game. Unless you look at the wii functionalities, it's up to you whether or not you can afford it.

I never played Twilight Princess on the Wii, but I heard the controls were harder. I got the GameCube version, and it was pretty good. GameSpot gave the Gamecube version's rating one-tenth higher than the Wii version's.

Definitely the wii version. I mean, the feeling of slashing link's sword is awesome.

They're both pretty fun, but the Wii version is really fun. But, yeah, like Omega said, it depends on how interactive you are. I kinda prefer the Gamecube version...but I'm also kinda lazy.

I only have the Gamecube version, but I've played with the Wii version, and it's pretty nice. But Action Replay makes the Gamewcube version so much cooler (super spinner!)

One of the reasons the Wii version is better is because the item quick select holds 2 more items than the GC version does. Thus it makes it easier to switch between items during bosses and fights with lord bulbo.

I got it last year for the Wii. All gaming sites say it's better for the Wii and I agree.

I would got the Wii version of Zelda and its great i think the Wii one would be better since you can use the controller to control the sword movements.
