Let's see...He formed the Reforestation Relief act, to make jobs for younger people and formed the CCC which created many jobs for the unemployed people. He created Tennennesse Valley Act, and security announcements had to be made to the FTA.

I thought you didn't like neo-classicism...Anyway, he initiated arbitrage pricing theory and he helped to create the Cox-Ingersoll-Ross model for interest rate dynamics.
