I agree with you. Also I'm somewhat dissapointed at the minimal use of some items outside their dungeons they were found in. Also, the horseback combat parts (which was very pleasing in the most part) was almost not needed anymore after a couple of early dungeons or so.I figure we talk about any disappointments that anybody has with this game now.I don't know about anybody else but there were a few things that disappointed me about the god-like Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Don't get me wrong it is an excellent game by far, but there were definitely some things that they should have changed. First of all the heart pieces were so easily gotten that it made me sad. The fortune teller in Hyrule made it a laugh to get them, and even if you didn't use her i got 18 hearts on my own by the time I got to the end. It seemed like there were less random mini-games. The only other big thing that irked me was the insanely low difficulty of the boss battles, I had an easier time with the sixth temple boss then any other, and none of them were particularly challenging. I did enjoy the entire final boss battle setup however and other then that the game was unbelievably thrilling.

I got the GC version, but just finished. I had to find this topic to tell someone
This game was amazing.I will admit two things:
1) The boss battles were fun, but unfortunately too easy. I saw a friend of mine play the Forest Dungeon boss before and was thinking "Wow, maybe it's to make up for not having a 'Zero Dungeon' like the Deku Tree in OoT." Not the case. :/ They were all easy.
2) I don't know if it was like this in previous games, but it felt like some weapons ended up being useless in the core part of the game. Like the Spinner for instance. Kick donkey item, but not much you can do with it after it's temple of choice. I would of loved to use it else where, or at least not have it restricted to just tracks. Hope my point's coming out clear.
Also, I think I died plenty of times in any other Zelda game I've played, but not once in this one.The game itself was beautiful. I thought I remembered there being issues with the hat and shield clipping in OoT so I thought they'd fix it, but meh, I got over it fast. I'd want to use something other than "visually stunning," but that's what it was to me. From level design to special effects.I, for one, didn't hate any part of the music. In fact, I think I loved every part and every score. Especially during certain boss battles and after. Gerudo Desert's music was awesome as well, reminded me of Metroid Prime 2, which also had great stuff. I'll try to avoid extensive detail now. :PI liked the story, but the cinematography of it all was excellent to me, cut-scenes, face expressions, reactions, and all. By the end of the game, I felt like I had watch a really good movie. The whole game was just like a really good movie, lol.
This Hyrule was definitely an improvement from the past, nice and vast with enough to see. I just hope in future games they give you more to do in Castle Town..Ok! I feel a lot better now, lol. And without typing 11 pages too. D: I didn't think that anything would top OoT for me, but this definitely did it. Now that I think about it, I think it pains me more to beat these kinds of games 'cause then they're over. :/ Sure you could play them again, but you know what's going to happen.
Oh, and Malo helped make the game for me.

THANK YOU! Someone else sees how cool Malo was in this game. He made me laugh so many times. He's always this deadpan little midget 2 year old, but he always makes these dark comments and is always serious when everyone else is freaking out or really happy. Plus when he goes in the store and you walk in like, WTF?He's kind of a jerk though after he buys the store. He's all like, "Time is money, so if you're done shopping, quit wasting both." and I'm like, "Yo, I just saved your life AND financed your new branch for a freakin lot of money, and this is how you treat me?" But the Castle Town branch makes up for it. I was so angry at that store for being such a colossal, stuck up ripoff that I was eager to pay for its removal. Now when you walk in everyone dances. It's hilarious!Oh, and Malo helped make the game for me.

Dude yes! I'm surprised no one else has said anything. It was funny as hell to walk in the first time and see no one was still working the store, then I peek over the counter and, there he is! Lmao. The people in his branch in castle town reminded me of Wal-Mart and that South Park episode about it. It's stuff like this that helped shape this game into it's greatness.THANK YOU!
