I vote that crazy dragon thing from FFV. Shinryuu or whatever it got translated as. I killed omega but still wiped in a few rounds against Shin.People have mentioned Omega, who is pretty badass, but if you got your dual-wield lightning-magic quadruple-attack going on you could shut him down pretty quick. X-death was a joke btw, "Why hello there Mr. X-Death! I can cast meteo 5 times a turn, isn't that neat?!" (doublecast quick&meteo, doublecast meteo, doublecast meteo)

i found sin (FFX) hard. final battle... his move *fergot what it was called caue i havnt played in a while* whipes you out one hit... that means u have like 6 turns to kill him 
... everyone i know hwo played the game beat him easy.. I had higher lvled characters and i had trouble and i never beat it :-\

In my first run through it took me 5 days (afternoons and nights) to defeat Seymour on Mt Gagazet in FFX...And the Black Witz (or whatever) took me 18 tries but it was the first time through again, ended up finishing the game anyways...

Omega from ff5Emerald+Ruby weapon are pretty tough but can be beaten with the correct tactics and good materia combinations

1. i would say that ultima guy in ff9 because i always use psyical attacks and since they dont hit him/her/it i dont do much damage if im lucky i do alot of damage with zidanes theiery abbility2.Sepheroth: his super nova got really anoying but the good part was its like bio it cant kill a character3. nexon(or w/e the last boss on ff 9) his grand cross attack could end the battle at that very moment if it dos the right stuff4. zemus( ff 2/4) i never beat the game but he was hard along with the dragons before him
