The only thing I could want would be some slight body added to the back of the unit (like where the battery is), so that it fits in my hand better. Overall, the size is fine though.

The size is Ok! If NDS is bigger in size, it is so tired to hold it for long time.

The size is good, although my hands are fairly large so that means they get sore after a while. That's an indicator I should take a rest break!!!

Are you out of your mind? If the DS was any bigger, it couldn't fit into my pocket like it does now!

i think its about the right size and again people want portability so making large games would dissuade buyers

The size is fine, also considering that, in my opinion, the regular DS is more durable because of size, weight, etc.

Nah, if it was bigger, it would have been uncomfortable to carry with,

You mean the old NDS, not the lite :) isn't that already big enough as it is? Among my friends it's known as the container :clapping:

Well now, isn't that always the problem.People want bigger, better, unless it's handphones where they what it smaller, sleeker.Except that the bigger the DS gets, the heavier it becomes and the less it has a point as a portable gaming system. Plus, I don't think it'll fit in many pockets if it widens slightly. Now, another interesting question is, should it get even smaller? The DS Lite is pretty small as it is, but do you think they can shrink the size even more? We all know that everything's going to perform exactly the same - maybe they add another fancy backscreen feature, no idea - so it's all up to ergonomics. My hands feel relatively comfortable where they are, so I think so far, so good.Although right now I have an annoying pain in my little left finger. I think that's more to do with typing that the DS though.

Good size. If it was too big the stylus would be unwieldy on a handheld. Maybe the top screen could be larger.

I love the size of the DS. I started my handheld gaming on a gameboy with its tiny screen, moved on to a GBA and GBA SP, had no problems with them. And now I've moved on to my DS Lite which is for me the perfect size. The screens are bigger then the old gameboys, yet the system is small enough to fit into a side pocket in a pair of pants.

if it was any bigger, it wouldn't be a handheld anymore. so the way it is, is perfect.
