The overall size is good, however I have some troubles with cramps in my thumbs because I find that the buttons are too close to the edge, meaning I'm kinda cramping my thumbs up to press them while I'm holding it... unless I hold it in my fingertips and then I don't want to drop it :D I guess they don't make these things for people with big hands....

I think the size is just perfect, tough they could make the top screen slimmer, and put in a bigger battery on the bottom!

NDS lite size is about right for me. Any smaller and my hands will feel cramped.Any larger and it will be too big for my pockets.

I think the DS lite is good enough an DS micro would be pushing it.

I don't think the NDS should be a bigger size. That would completely defeat the idea of "handheld portable" gaming. Also, it's big enough as it is. A bigger size would lead to a heavier mass and finally hand cramps.

They should make it flat like the Razor phones, but making it tougher unlike the Razors, I think this would allow for more monitor space

It shouldn't be a bigger size, as it wouldn't fit into a DS carry case.

Im fine with the ds lite, but if the normal ds gets any bigger, it wont be much of a "handheld" anymore. The ds lite fits in your pocket, but it cramps up your hands, much like the sp.

The lite version is the perfect size imho. The first DS wasn't so g00d.a Re-style was been a good choice for Nintendo!

If it were smaller and had less of a bezel around the screens, I would pick up a smaller one. That may also give Nintendo a chance to move the screens closer together, which they should have been able to do with the Lite (outer hinge), but did not.One big advantage of the Lite is that it has a BACKLIGHT, not a FRONTLIGHT (like the original DS). A lot of people are unaware of this HUGE difference. In my opinion, this make the Lite far superior to the DS, regardless of size. I guess it's a good thing I like smaller systems!
