That question was rather out of the way.By stress he meant fatigue.Anyway it's from Fire Emblem Thracia 776. Basically everytime something is done you get fatigue. When it exceeds the Maximum HP the unit is unavailable for the next chapter.Stamina Drinks are used to reduce fatigue.
