That would be the Valkyrie Staff (my translation called it that) from Fire Emblem 4. That is a brilliant staff. Sort of helps undo those unfortunate mishaps ^^

To get to 22x you have to recruit hawkeye and get at least 700 xp (basically stop the mage from killing everything by rescuing him quickly)

I can't really think of anyone that fits that description because of the green streak bit. The closest person I can think of Renault, but something tells me it isn't. Heath would fit that description if it said gray streak on the side with green hair.

The two areas were called The Tower of Valni and the Lagdou Ruins. They made the game MUCH easier for me.

To revive this topic, the most recent critical bonus for SWORDMASTERS is 15% critical in Radiant Dawn. If you would of said Trueblade, it would be 20%.
