uhhh, just take any image and crop it 80x80 then save it on your comp... from there on out its even more simple reallyHe said how to put one up not make one, please read carefully from now one. To answer his question go to you user control panel or My Controls link at the top of the page. From there you should see a list of links on the left side, click on the one that says Avatar Options. It should say that or something along those lines. Again, if you do not post for something logical just to get points I will have to warn you. This is your first verbal warning from me.
