A lot of fighting games are quite short...The shortest- NON-fighting game I've played is probably Xenosaga II

Shortest game and most annoying? Fable. It's not on PS2, but it's still the shortest. On PS2, it's probably Kinetica.

Quickest ones for me were*GUN*TOTAL OVERDOSE*RESERVOIR DOGS*FARENHEIGHTbut all of them would feature in my top 20 ps2 games!!I play a lot of long games like SAN ANDREAS , FFX (100%) , SPLINTER CELL , MGS so i really enjoy a short game every now and then :D

Metal gear solid 2 and 3 are really short, the first time around you look at all the cutscenes but when you replay it it takes 4 hours to complete.

Final Fantasy VII: Dirge Of Cerberus. game was way too short for a final fantasy title. that, and it just plain sucked. beat it in like 9 hours. and i really took my time to enjoy the scenery.

I'm surprised no one mentioned these couple of games, but I buy just about every video game I get my hands on. :PThe first, Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly, took me about 2-3 hours to beat, start to finish. It was a very short game, with numerous technical problems. Sypro's first PS2 adventure, was certainly lacking. :PThe second, Wild Arms 4, took me about 7-8 hours, minus cutscenes to beat. This game was pretty decent and I LOVED the hex battle system. I only wish it had lasted longer.

The (dot)hack series!I kid, I kid. xDSeriously, though. I would probably have to say that Arc the Lad: End of Darkness. It was such an easy game. =\ Secondly, Final Fantasy X-2. I had to beat that quickly, just so I could get the game over with. >_<
