VII = revolutionaryVIII = Best Game set up for ff =DIX = .... wtf?...X = meh...X2 = WTF!!?!?!?!?!?XI = I'm not going to pay to play -.-XII = just bought it , So i'm not sure what to say...Now flame me to hell!

I agree, the old NES FF1 was the first FF I played, fond memories...I wish that I could vote, but you don't have FF 1 on there.Darn whippersnappers, not thinking of the old Nintendo games we use to play with stone controllers...

I agree with deathboy. FF7 was the first i ever played and the best (in my opinon) of all the FF's. It has an amazing story with a good plot, good graphics, movie sequences were fantastic, and the characters who you can never forget. I must of beat that game 4-5 times. Good times!Final Fantasy 7 was the first I played, and is still one of my favourites. After that I went on to all the SNES ones, then 8, then Tactics, then 9, 10, 10-2, Tactics Advance(bleh
) 11(which I never got one class more than level 20
) and finally Dirge of Cerberus.

I played ff5 first but I didn't complete it..The 1st FF i completed was FF3/6, the one with Kefka as the villian..

I like FF 8 the most. Rinoa is very beautiful, Squall and Rinoa in love, also very romantic.

The first Final Fantasy I played was Final Fantasy VII. It was very difficult for me to play since it was the first RPG game I'd ever played. It the storyline really intrigued me which is what kept me and also fighting monsters and gaining experience from them to level up.

My first FF was IV. A nice game: great plot and characters and ok gameplay.The best chapter remains FFVII, however.FFVIII is an offense to every jrpg player.

You forgot a VERY important title in that poll... FINAL FANTASY UNO! Yea, #1, for the NES. That was the first one I touched, because I had my NES back in the time when that and the GB were the only things many people could afford to play. =P The SNES hadn't quite become that popular yet.Granted, I didn't actually understand #1 that much at the time, because I was like, what, 4 or 5, but my dad enjoyed it a lot and tried to teach me how to play it. It just seemed really confusing to me. I thought it looked weird how everyone was in separate boxes when they were fighting. It looked funny.I also played #4 not much longer thereafter... and it still seemed confusing, but looked cooler to me. I didn't really start getting into the RPG genre and understanding it until Super Mario RPG came out... I was 8 years old at the time. Then I really fell in love with that game and the Final Fantasy titles I had played before finally started making sense!EDIT: why do you have #6 on that twice? By putting #3/6 and #6 as an option, you are merely showing that you don't know much about the series.

Nintendo Final Fantasy 1. Was my first I ever played. On though FF7 was the first one I played on ps1 and tactics was the first i played on ps2.

i must have played final fantasy on the nes as my first ff game. i played it again recently and its still fun.
