For me it was the Final Fantasy VIII, and also first RPG that I played and in which I livened up myself to recommence some times and completed again all what the game had to offer.This is best the Final Fantasy.

FF7, in my opinion one of the best FF ever made, i still play it sometimes iv beaten it once, but i want to get everyone and everything this time

I really enjoyed FF7 and FF8... but of the PS FF games.. I fell in love with FF9 >.> That game was just.. awesome.. I loved the story line, I loved the graphics (Which were MEANT to look the way they did...) I loved about every detail of it..

Maybe I'm old but the first was the first, Final Fantasy 1. Then, when it finally came out (skipping 2 and 3) was "American 2", aka FFIV. Did I somehow miss FFI on the poll list?The first Final Fantasy I played was the original one. I then played 6 on the SNES and then Mystic Quest. When the PS came out, I played 7, Tactics, and 8. I've played the rest of the FFs, but I don't know what order I played the rest of them in.

I can't remember fully but I think the first Final Fantasy I played was FF7. But I wasn't hooked on it like millions of other people. Maybe it was cause I was too young to understand the depth of the story.

My first Final Fantasy was Final Fantasy 3 for the Super Nintendo (FFVI). I've been hooked ever since, and it is still my favorite Final Fantasy game from the main series. The PS Final Fantasy Tactics is not only my favorite Final Fantasy game overall, but is my favorite game period.

played 8, 9, 10, 7 in that order.. played 7 at the end because friend was shocked i didn't play 7 and gave me his copy since i was pretty new to the FF scene at the time

Final Fantasy VII for me; a friend of mine had got it when he went to Jacksonville for a school trip and bought it at one of the malls. I remember distinctly being confused with it because that was the first major RPG I ever played.

I played ff7 first, then I played 8, 10, and 12. But I've only beaten 7 and 10. My favorite was 10, I like blitzball.

Final Fantasy VII was the first ever FF game I played. This game, I can say without hestitation, is one of the BEST game i've ever played in my many years of hardcore gaming. And i'm sure a large majority would agree. This game was so influential to me in so many different ways. Ah the intense gripping action was mind-boggling the story was-line was very emotional and heart-felt. I then was encouraged by this game itself to buy all the other available Final Fantasy's so I found myself purchasing Final Fantasy VIII, IX, I, II, IV, V, VI soon afterwards. And then years later when the new FF games came out I purchased all of them just about, as well.

Mystic Quest & then ff4. Omg mq was such crap it was the first rpg I played and it almost made me hate rpgs forever & of course game the wrong idea of ff to say the least.
