I bought mine on launch day in November 2001. Never had a single problem with it.

I've had mine for six years now and never had to get a new one. It works perfectly. The trick is you have to clean it at least once a month.

I've had mine for 3 years and it still works fairly well. Once in a while it can't read my discs, but thats often the discs fault.

I got mine the same day it came out, and it survived countless falls and hits, and it still works like new without 1 return to get fixed.

ive had mine since they came out, dropped it out of a car once. spilled hot wax on it. it has been through hell, if not purgatory, but it stays as durable as any other rectangular prism.

I got mine for Christmas the year it came out (2001), and it's still rockin'. I've played the hell out of it too. The analog sticks on the controllers are fairly spent, but the box is still goin' strong.

how can you break a gamecube. I've seen a gamecube have a 15 pound weight drop on it after that hit with a sludge hammer (wasn't hit very hard), then for a finally they drop it 15 feet onto cement AND IT STILL WORK. if you don't believe go to g4tv.com/xplay it's some where in that site.
