i have 4 and they all work good except 1 i broke that part that opens so it opens all the time..

I'm on my third one. My first one lasted about 1 year and then broke for no apparent reason and my second one lasted about 3-4 years and did the same. I'm now hoping that the third really is the charm like that old saying says because I love my GameCube.

My Gamecube came home with me about 3 years ago, and it's still running awesomely! It rocks!

Mine lasted about 5 years actually... or 4 or OSMETHING it lasted HELL OF ALOT LONGER THN MY TWO XBOX 360S >.>

still working and it's never faild me since i bought it (atte launge)musicmanheyok how many ppls gamecubes have broken after the year warrenty expired?in mine my laser (somehow) is crooked and its gonna cost me 75 bucks to fix it (-_-)

My warranty expired once someone installed a chip in mine :> but its still working. My laser is a bit picky these days tho, but the originals works every time.

When It Comes to Nintendo, how could a system break? My Super Nintendo Runs Perfect and I've had it since launch lol. My GC has lasted how would i was like since launch.

I got mine in 2002, and it's still going. Though a few of the controllers started having some hic-ups, but that's to be expected. I mean, 4 guys on SSBM, over 5 years, it'd be a miracle if something bad didn't happen.
