I would have a glow in the dark DS so I can find it easily in the dark but as for my mother, she might find it (uh oh!)

Black and white stripes with embedded diamonds, rubys, sapphires, emeralds etc on each stripe. That would be VERY expensive but after all, it's a Dream DS.

my ds is ruby red, it is beatifull in my opinion. my sun wanted a ds for a long time but the dat i saw this one i agreed to buy one (we share the ds)

To be honest, I never gave it too much thought. My silver one will just do. But I suppose if I had to really decide then how about a solid metallic forest green. Sorta like something that would remind you of Christmas in a way.

Mine would be a glossy purple with neon lights on it. O_O On the inside it would be bright pink with Gold keys. Awesome

I'm quite fond of my DS color. It's the Japanese version navy blue one. Now only if it had sparkles in it then it would match the paint on my car. =D

This is kind of a tough one. I guess, if I ever got another DS, a pale green or a lavender color would be nice. I'd love to get one of those limited edition versions. As long as it had a cool image of a game or series (that I liked), any color would be acceptable. If the two looked good together, that is.

Mine is black but I would have pay much for a 2 tones of hots and warms colors like 'orange to yellow'' or ''red to orange'' with a bright metal aspect.A special back effect of changing colors with light intensity would be wonderfull (like some toy cars that change of colors wheter time is hot or cold).
