compared to all my friends i really stink at Pokemon, i would say it is a average, but what would make it better is if there were strong monsters rather than fighting the elite Four like 300 times to get to level 100 (i am so bad at this game my cousin had to beat the game for me 
).

It is an easy game, but you have to remember the average age of the target market for the game. If children are having difficulty with the game, why would they want to buy it?

it is easy if you catch the right combination of pokemon but if you dont it can be a bit hard and it is also longer that some other ggames

pokemon is an easy game but its just a very long game to play. for instance it will take you 200 hours to clock the game with your pokemon at about lv80.

I found all the pokemons for GBA too easy.. But then again I've played the games far too many times as well...

yes pokemon is too easy but that not the point it is to have fun becasue if it was too hard then no one would play it plus if u think it is too easy get low level pokemon late in the game

You know what's sad? When I was around 8-9 (so around 4 or 5 years ago) I thought that the pokemon games were really easy, I tried playing them a couple months back and I was having a hard time! I've reached a new low.

Getting all the badges and beating the elite four is easy. Catching all the pokemon and basically beating the ENTIRE game is hard.
