all of those games are really good, but i think i preffered C & C Generals the most, mostly cause it has modern weapons. Age of Mythology and Red Alert 2 were also quite good...

i really liked C&C Red Alert 2.Downloaded almost every single mod for it.It was one of the best strategy games i've played.(not in terms of gfx ofcourse)

My favourite is Total Annihilation and second would be perhaps first C&C Red Alert.

it's hard to choose between warcraft and C&C but warcraft 3 was fantastic

red alert 2 all the way i love controlling people and its kind of like age of empires which i like alot

Out of those I liked Warcraft most. Never got the hang of Starcraft and I never even played CnC(don't kill me)Age of Mythology was pretty cool, but it was just an Age of Empires ripoff with different content.
i do remember one thing.
it took hours and hours but.
by the time i was done with it.
i was so involved. i didn't even know what to think.
i carried it around with me for days. and days.
playing little games.
like. not looking at it for a whole day.
and then. looking at it.
to see if I still liked it.

I personally like Civilization IV as my favorite PC game. Nothering beats that!

Warhammer 40k, Dawn of War: Dark Crusade is hands down the best strategy game I've ever played. Seriously. I could never go back to playing warcraft/starcraft after trying DoW, as it's spoiled me.

I would say Warcraft 3, specially with the Frozen Throne expansion installed. I love the Warcraft series, but War 3 is the most complete one!But I should post an honorable mention to Starcraft, since it figured as my fave PC game for years.

From that list I'd say C&C series in general so I go for Generals, but my REAL favorite would have to be the Total War series.

What does that mean. Also, I like warcraft the most, especially number three that's my favorite. However, Starcraft is really good, just not as good as warcraft to me, also about Starcraft Ghost, yeah from what I saw it was going to be a third person shooter of the sorts, meh.

From the list I'd have to go with Starcraft.If they still supported the game, I would have to say that C&C:Red Alert 1 was my favorite though. (The AI was dumber than a sack of bricks but man was it fun...)

Well Age of Empires isn't there, so I went with Starcraft. I prefer AoE though because of it's "slower" gameplay.
