I would have to go with Soul Calibur.Ivy is hot, but a bit over the top. Taki is rediculous with her skin-tight ninja suit. (She bounces all over) Seung Mina is gorgeous, my personal favorite, and Tallim and Xianghua are both cute.

The girls in Twilight Princess are usually very pretty. If you think realistic anime can be pretty of course.And the characters from Batman: Arkham Asylum! Poison Ivy is scary, but pretty.And Soul Caliber.
