Yeah, if it isn't broke, don't fix it. Formula plots have been around for thousands of years, anyway. I don't play for the story much in Pokemon, but rather for leveling up my favorites.

I like the normal pokemon lineup for the games, 8 badges, league, extra pokemon and events.I also like pokemon mystery dungeons lineup, rescue caterpie, beat a few legendaries, beat rayquaza, recruit all pokemon.

They're the same because games should always have a start and an end, if you don't start with picking out what Pokemon you want, then do you prefer to just let them randomly pick for you and you don't like that Pokemon? I'm sure they work really hard to make the storyline, so if you don't enjoy playing it over because you think there ain't much different, rather find another game to play, one that suits your interest. Otherwise you can try make a game of your own and maybe you'll understand why they all similar.

yeah the pokemon red and blue dungeon's story is very awesome!!!my brother finished the red while i finished the blue. I cried when i was playin it.

Yes,why is it almost the same exact story in all versions?Probably because the creators just needed an excuse to make more pokemon.I mean,isn't like 450+ pokemon enough already!?At least the mystery dungeon series are completely different.Thank god for that.

I wonder what the new theme of the next pokemon game will be?They all ready did time and space, life and death, all natural elements, nature its self, every human emotion, THEY EVEN ALL READY DID GOD! where does game freak go next? God is basicly the highest you can go. Or is it?

I believe pokemon is pretty much just for kids in earlier grade schools, to get together with there friends and just play against eachother in multiplayer battles.

In every Pokemon RPG game its the sam estory I know, and thats make borring..I like to level these up but all the thing that are the same are a pain
