I'm not taking the Master Ball into account because that's a very obvious choice. That being said, my favourite is the Timer Ball.

The Pokeball,because it's practically the only pokeball that can capture any pokemon that's catchable.(in the anime!)

Obviously master ball. Yeah, theres only one, but you can always duplicate. I have no qualms about exploiting a glitch. :whistling:

ultra and master ball, ultra can be used on practically on any pokemon if u lower their strength and master is the master, get em all!!!

i wouldnt choose master ball. its too cheap and it can only be used once.so my favorites would be:1) Dive ball because i think it looks the coolest. lol2) Heavy Ball becaused its used for big pokemon, so they must be pretty strong.3) Ultra ball, its original, cheap, and effective. >.<
