When you download, platform-specific DPs are used first.
DPs can be spent by using some platform-specific DPs and some global DPs.

The Acorn Balls are pretty good... that or i use a great ball. For some reason i find ultra balls useless...

Obviously if you want a quick catch, use your Master Ball, if you wanna look good, use a Nest Ball, or Timerball and quirky stuff like that. I laugh when they work and when they don't. For some reason, I've always wondered, since pokeballs use a beam-like thing to capture stuff, can't you capture the trainer with the beam? After all, I believe, at least, that people like Winona SO have to be smaller than a pokemon...Although I'm quite sure that it's because "Game Freak says so. It ain't made for catchin' trainers, geddit?!" Just because.

i prefered using the master ball, and you have to remember the mesingo glitch that lets you duplicate items, so there was more then one masterball if you knew how to dup it =]but there's only oneMaster Ball! dur... master ball gets the job done

i like ultra cause u can catch what ever whenever but master ball never fails id go with the masterball

i dont like masterball because u can only use it oncei like the pokeball the most because it looks the most orginal and the design is better, red and white with a button in the middle

i would probably say master ball but there is only one so...timer ball. i just keep lowering attack and defense and put it to sleep and it acts pretty much like a master ball.

I like the old Pokeball, sometime the Premier Ball (just for fun!!!). I've caught almost legendaries using Pokeball in FR and Em. But in old R/B, I catch them by masterball and Ultraball
