Pokemon Emerald. I beat the game but I can't complete the Pokedex. I don't know how to trade it from Pokemon Crystal, Silver, Gold (from GBA to GBC).

Gold/silver/cysteal were the hardest because so many badges and places to go, let alone lance at the end of the league

Crystal because you have to fight Suicune,Ho-oh, Lugia and you need to finish the Kanto side.

Gold/Silver/Crystal because of the day/night time not to mention the 16 badges and the legendary pokemon. Also to get every pokemon you have to trade with the older version games such as yellow.It took me 8 weeks to beat the entire game

Gold/Silver/Crystal had the most in-game content, but if you don't have access to a cheating device or the other pokemon games, Ruby/Sapphire is the hardest to fully finish due to the amount of Pokemon you need to catch (Emerald provides you with both Kyogre and Groudon, while Ruby and Sapphire only have one of those.) I've never played Diamond or Pearl, but I expect it to be relatively similar.
