the hardest pokem game ive ever played was the first one i got which was pokemon blue. I think i finished the game in over 4 weeks or so

i found pokemon emerald the hardest because you had to get the rare pokemon....which sucked... as you only got one masterball to give you a headstart...also the one chance to catch/attack them

Its very hard to find Lugia in the gold and silver version, The legendary dogs are very hard to find too.

I think that pokemon emerald was the hardest i was stuck for a long time*Shrugs* They all seemed equally as easy. Gold, Silver, and Crystal were just longer, not harder.

it took me about 12 hrs to finish pokemon sapphire and ruby11 hrs to finish emerald12 hrs to finish red/blue14 hrs to finish yellowso pokemon yellow is what i think is the hardest

Pokemon Pearl was a hard game because of the Elite 4 are freakin powerful.
