I just got this, and it really actually works on DS! I was quite suprised that Square chose DS over PSP though...

Didn't really like the style of this game at the beginning, but I'm getting addicted to it the further I get. I hear that if you complete all the missions including the optional ones, the final enemies are at level 99 and you get a secret video at the end. Looks like I've got to train a lot with the monster melees. Actually, I will skip most of the optional missions since it's not really worth it to level up that much. This game makes me want to try out the original FFXII.

its good but really now, befor the last chapter they expect u to fight a high 90-95 team with something like a lv55 team,way to hard

I think you should get this game, At least I that have played the one for ps2, I want to know what will happen next. For me all the final fantasy are amazing it depends if you like RPG games.

I've tried playing it and I'm still groping through the system a bit. But I'm quite optimistic in finally able to play it properly because it's such an awesome game!

It's something like the best video game i've ever played on the DS, I currently have done 88% of the missions but still am a n00b, it's my first try at a RPG/Tactic Game.

Does it eventualy require tactics at all? Cause so far(Just started chapter 3) it's just moving your horde across the map wiping out everything easily.

Quite a fun game, haha. Although my only complaint is that the AI always seems to like getting itself stuck on cliffs so I always have a bunch of stragglers scattered all over the map.
